The Well Day Foundation hosts restorative in-person community experiences and creates educational Wellbeing resources that support healthier everyday living. Through thoughtfully designed gatherings and our Unhyped Health Guides, we provide practical, accessible wellbeing education focused on movement, nourishment, rest, emotional health, and environmental health.
